A pesquisa é um recorte da monografia intitulada “Ferramenta administrativa no apoio aos planos de ação na área saúde em Feira Santana.” caráter dedutivo, através estudo bibliográfico dos assuntos ciclo PDCA e a ferramenta 5W2H. Possui como objetivo geral analisar utilização gestão organização X objetivos específicos verificar se as ferramentas auxiliam tomada decisão o nível das ferramentas. justificativa que vai colaborar com organizações. exploratória descritiva, qualitativa quantitativa. parte empírica caso X. Para coleta dados foram usados questionários documental. análise foi feita partir gráficos os resultados documental planilhas. Sendo possível concluir 5W2H colaboram melhoria nos planejamento tarefas. Palavras-chave: 5W2H, Ciclo PDCA, Ferramenta administrativa, Organização.
